We have strict guidelines on which players will be allowed back, and  want to avoid any upset customers if possible). Basically, DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY US TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE. This amount is non refundable.

If you receive a permanent ban, you'll have one opportunity for an unban. However, if you break the rules again after your ban is lifted, the permanent ban will be reinstated, and you will no longer be able to appeal or pay for another unban.
